So, I've seated the Motherboard on the standoffs and I screwed in the longest of the screws, the case came with short ones, and medium sized ones, with 4 long ones designed for front mount case fans. I used the Medium and Short screws, neither of which seated the Motherboard properly, I don't know what to do!

Hi

If the stand off pillars are in the correct places the only difficulty is likely the perforated back plate which all the ports poke through.

Provided the screws are the correct thread for the pillars you should have no problems

You can check the screws are the correct ones by putting one in by hand

The lenght should be the thickness of the motherboard plus 3mm to 5 mm
If the screw is too long it can not be done up tight to provide good contact on the metalic ring round each mounting hole on the motherboard which helps earth the motherboard to the case.

Cases usually come with a set of screws but no instructions
You will have screws for mounting hard drives (coarse thread) and optical drives (fine thread) usually short screws
as well as those for mounting the motherboard and possibly the PCI slot cover plates and the case covers

Hi, I only got 3 different types of screws, I'm assuming the mid size one was for the Motherboard, for whatever reason it's not going all the way in. The thing is, I've aligned the motherboard a lot of times. I've hit some of the pins under the motherboard, and I've bent a few of them, but I think it's fine. I'm contacting Customer Support at Enermax atm to see what screws I need...
