Currently I have picked the Intel Core i7-4770K for my CPU plus my graphics card is Galaxy GeForce GTX 780 Ti what should my ram for these? Plus it be nice to also know what motherboard would go great with all this to. I'm learning as I go researching parts opinions on it. So any help would be nice. Thank you.

Windows 32 bit has a limit of 4GB ,This amount of memory is not enough.8 GB is ideal .So get Windows 64 bit Home Premium

Okay, thank you. Any good opinions on cooling systems or cases. Most the people I know don't know the stuff I ask since I am building from scratch. Haha

Since the cpu is Haswell , the psu should be Haswell ready for low power state .GTX 780 ti needs one 6 and one 8 pin power connectors and at least 620W good psu .So this is modular quality psu

This should be my last or second to last question. You don't need a sound card if you use speakers? Also its basically unnecessary to put a wireless adapter I've chosen a wired one Intel PWLA8391GT 10/100/1000 Mbps PCI Network Adapter is this a good one to since it can go up to 1000mps for speed.

the mobo has own "sound card" and LAN .i use LAN not WIFI because this way Internet is fast and stable
