Solution
Yes it'll work. If it's for gaming only, rid the i7 4770k and get an i5 4670k. Your motherboard is way too much money, get an AsRock Z87 Killer or an MSI GD45 Z87. Expensive motherboards do not assist in-game performance at all. You supply, too much power. Go for a quality 700W PSU that'll allow you to do some overclocking, my recommendations, Antec 750W High Current Gaming, Coolermaster 720W Silent Pro or a Corsair HX750. Other than that, it looks pretty good.

I agree with ProWilma, if this is strictly a gaming build, get the i5 rather than the i7, you won't get much (if any) gaming improvement going with the i7. The i7 is beneficial if you are going to be doing non-gaming hyper-threading applications such as video editing or the like. Additionally, as was stated previously, 1000W is probably overkill, see here for suggested system PSU recommended wattage level based on the type and amount of GPU(s) installed:

If you plan to overclock, I suggest adding an additional 50-10W to the recommended wattage. Also, you only want to get a quality PSU from top tier companies such as Seasonic, XFX, Corsair (EXCEPT their CX series) or Antec.

Also, if you plan to overclock you will need to get an aftermarket CPU cooler.

As far as motherboards are concerned, you probably won't need one that cost over $200 (US). If you like the ROG type from Asus, you might want to consider the Hero.
