Hello,

I am a New Zealander looking to see what Custom gaming computers are available, My budget ranges from 500-700 NZD$ If possible I would appreciate it if you used this site (I am looking for a computer that could handle ArmA III on around 45+ FPS)

http://nz.pcpartpicker.com/

Please try to get the cheapest possible outcome and if you must, go up in price from there.

Note: Please make sure you have it set to "New Zealand" in the country bar.
-Cheers.

NZ PCpartpicker is pretty terrible, the parts selection once you look into individual shops is a lot better.
AMD Radeon's build is decent, but it'll cost you quite a bit more than is listed (the case doesn't exist, it's a pretty clear error as it's a fraction of the price it should be).
Also, without an intended resolution, 45+fps is a meaningless number. If you want to run that game at 1080P at Ultra you'd need to spend a lot more money, perhaps nearer to double your budget, though if you are intending a lower resolution and are happy to tinker with settings you should get playable framerates on either of the cards mentioned.
