in bf4 my gpu seems to only hit like 50-60% load and that is causing bad fps. the load is also not changing when i crank up to ultra and giving me only slightly lower fps. i have the sapphire hd 7970. i would like to note that this only happens sometimes, others the usage will be fine and fine fps. i was thinking it might be a psu thing, but i think the psu is fine, corsair cx600.

ram: 8gb 1333
gpu temp while playing ~65
gpu temp idle: somehow ~48

i doubt it is that, i have an i7 4770k
