Slow internet on one pc only

I just built my new pc and I bought a tplink wireless n adapter 300 Mbps. But it would always disconnect and when it had a connection it had 4/5 bars but everything would load really slow, load without images, or not at all. So I brought it up to the router and used the Ethernet cable (plugged into other pc). It started to load things but it was really slow. Had to run youtube vids at 240p and still took time to load. And pages took around 30 seconds to load.
The thing is, the other pc is fast using ethernet, my laptop is fast using wifi from 20m away, and my smartphone is fast when 10m away.
I did a speed test on it and both down and uploading speeds were at about 0.1/0.2 mbos
I would like to know if anyone has any solutions for me.

Can you please specify the type of wireless card.
Did you have installed the drivers for the wireless card.
Also you can check if Windows recognizes the card properly.
To do so Go to start>computer>manage>[on the left] manage devices
If there are any devices with a attention sign with them they are not properly configured.
Please say so if this is the case.

I did not use a wireless card. I used a usb dongle (wireless n adapter). But that wasnt the problem. The internet was slow using a direct ethernet cable. but thanks for replying.

So just for my understanding. You have no problem with the internet on the usb dongle and only when using an ethernet cable is this correct?
Can you please look in the device manager if everything is connected properly. Just to make sure.

Nah. The dongle was DCing alot and when i had connection it was terrible. The ethernet only made slight improvements. And the first thing i did was check if all the drivers were successfully installed.
