I recently purchaced a XFX Pro650W Powersupply unit, with a 5 yaer warrenty but it's making a rattling clicking noise on the fan. I know this isn't normal but the shipping factory is in Japan and I am in Britain, so it's not the most accesable return policy in the world. What should I do, return it and wait (a long time), phone them first(they might not speak english), see if there is another factory in a closer location(how?), or just try to fix it myself?

Strange when I fliped it up and back over it got quieter, I can hardly hear it for now, wont that mean that they wont replace it because it cant be proven to be broken as of now even though it is starting to get louder

back the vendor when you tell them the fan has failed when they get the unit they just going to swap the fan then run a burn it test and then use your unit as a rma unit for another failure. or they take a whole bunch of rma units and refurb them and then sell them in white boxes. what you dont want to do is break the safety seal. if you do you void the warranty on the unit.

I have sent them a message before the 30day period ended, I have proof of this if they don't reply soon what should I do in terms of easily replacing or refunding it?
