I want to build my first gaming PC. I need some help.

Solution

If budget is not a constraint then you can choose 780 Ti over 780 as Ti version is a better card. But you will not be able to spot any difference in gameplay unless you are gaming above 1080p resolution. So, ultimately its your call.

Best of luck with the build.

I would pick the i5-4670k build. i7-4770k is quite an overkill if you are only planning for gaming.
Gaming needs a mighty Graphics card. Not a Beefier CPU.
I think you can invest in a good cpu cooler rather than CM evo 212. Cause if you plan to overclock in the future, you won't be able to do it with air coolers. Better to go for a corsair H100i instead.

Do you really need that motherboard? It seems a bit over the top.
as for i5 or i7, i5 would normally be best, but game requirements seem to be making use of i7, thief the game recommends a i7.
So there may be more movement towards developers using the i7 for full potential. Just something to bear in mind

Thanks. Budget isn't much of an issue, I just don't want to waste money for 1 extra fps, if you know what I mean.

Yeah, I've heard a lot of companies are pushing to incorporate HT when possible.
