hardisk space problem

i have a problem with my external hardisk. my hardisk have 500gb space, used space = 129gb, suppose free space = around 371gb. but the hardisk only have 200+mb free space.. i already scan for virus (avira 2013 licensed), but nothing comes up, and also i already check for disk error through disk scan, but no error found.. can someone help?

You're displaying the Games folder properties, but what are the properties of the whole drive and/or other folders?

It is the whole properties, games folder hold 124gb. Video 5.08gb. And the rest is only 28kb

Hmm.. I have check through cmd run.. checking the attrib.. nothing is hidden.. do I have to reformat my hrdisk? But that is the last idea I wanna do.

To see everything on the drive, you not only need to display hidden files and folders, but you also have to uncheck "Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)"
