I have two questions,

What is the best ram with lights, i seen the ballistix cruical tracer but is there any other ones that you can play around with the lights inside?

And right now i have found Corsair Vengance Pro 2400mhz ram but this crucial only goes upto 1866 if i am correct, would you see a difference in gaming at all? Or would it be less than a frame. As i would value frames over looks but i got to admit the LEDS on that ram looks pretty insane.

the ram i would prefer the set to be 2x8GB Sticks to fit in the setup that i am going for which is below encase there are any incompatibilities

Looks like a good build as is, I myself don't use Crucial so can't offer anything other than most DRAM with lights is gimmick type DRAM and of those I've seen don't have very strong ICs (memory chips, they get by, but that's about it and you generally pay a premium for basic DRAM
