Sorry, it's the first time I'm using this, my post was really crappy.
I'm using an Asus X550C Laptop and it only has 1 port showing both mic and headphones images.
The mic is included in a HP headset with a jack for the microphone and another for the headphones, and it worked perfectly on another computer.
