SPECS:
Motherboard - M5A78L-M LX PLUS
Ram - Kingston HyperX 8GB (1x8GB) 1600
CPU - AMD FX-4130
CPU Cooler - Stock one that came with CPU
No Video/Graphic Cards installed.
HDD - 500GB Seagate barracuda I had from my previous build

My problem is i turn on the computer to see it was really slowwwww (and by that I mean takes 10 minutes just to boot up, click anything, etc.) I had some ATI graphic card installed on that HDD and now that I don't have it anymore, can it cause it? It also doesn't connect to the internet no matter what. I haven't installed any drivers, not even motherboard, as it is running so slow it is almost impossible to.

Solution
You are lucky it even booted, usually it won't. You are going to need the OS disc and the product key to do a clean reinstall. Which is whats needed if you want the system to run properly. As for how to reinstall Google it there are many guides and tutorials available.
