adjusting partition sizes

i hav dell inspiron 500GB hard disk..i installed xp-2..atfer successful installation,i found that c drive has 211GB,d has 59Gb and e has 195.so i want to reduce c drive and rest of it to add d drive..plz help me..it's my kindly request..plz help me...plz
 
Go to Disk Management. For Win 7 and 8 you right click on My Computer and select Manage then select disk management. If XP is not the same, just google "Disk Management in XP.

High lite your C drive and select Shrink. I normally select about 100 Gigs for C drive. This is so I can easily clone a HDD O)S to a SSD.

Then you can select your D or E drive and High lite then select expand.
