Depends upon the Graphic Card that you have. The RAM and CPU are good enough !

Then No u will not be able to play Farcry 3 on Ultra.. You might be able to play it on Medium though ! But you will not get good FPS.. I would recommend you to change your GPU or run it on Low-Medium !

I would not recommend you to buy a GPU under 4k.. It will be probably be worse than your current GPU..
Anyways Forsa NVIDIA GT620 1 GB is the best GPU under 4k

No.. if u take the GT 620 that i recommended.. u will be able to run Farcry 3 on Low-Medium with (30+ FPS ) .. If you want to play on Ultra, u need to spend atleasr 12k on GPU !

The VRAM is not useful for low budget GPU.. The low budget cards like GT 610, 620 cannot even use 1GB VRAM completely.. get the 1GB GT 620.. it will be better than the 2GB GT610..
