Please help, can't find USB 3.0 or HD AUDIO on MoBo!

I'm using a MSI 970a g46 Motherboard, I've gone through the Motherboard manual but it doesn't help me locate the USB 3.0 pins. Also, I think I might have found the HD audio pins, but they won't go in all the way, I applied force, still wouldn't go in. Had the same pin layout as well?

On the back of the motherboard? Usually they are blue.

Or the ones used for the tower front ports to plug into? Looking at the manually, there are none on the board itself. Only one line on the back.

The motherboard doesn't have a USB 3.0 header for front panel 3.0 ports.

I circled the audio port in red for you.

The gray (not silver) USB ports on the top, beside the LAN connection (but not the two on the same row) with the blue plastic in the middle are the only USB3.0 ports
