Memory compatibility on my Thinkpad x200s

Hello,

I bought a new memory card from eBay, and would like to know if there could be compatibility issues if I put together these two cards shown on the attached photo. I took a photo since I am not familiar with the numbers there and which of them is important to quote here.

They don't have the same clock rates. They'll most likely not work together. But have you tried installing only the 4GB with 1333MHz? Theoretically - it'll run on 1066 and will not achieve 1333 clock.

Your laptop can only run up to 4GB of memory with clocks of (800/1067MHz).

If your laptop has to memory slots - just buy another 2GB DDR3 PC3 8500s 1066MHz.
