my current card is begining to lock up - possiblly a dry joint
it is a GForce3 Ti 200
are there replacement / upgrades available
my motherboard is ASUS p4800e deluxe

Slots: AGP 8x .8,1.5v& PCI only
I would like to have a 512mb card are these still available ?

Actually, no. Your post was not there when I composed mine.
It is not clear to me if the OP simply needs a basic card replacement, or if performance is an issue.
Perhaps both since there was a request for 512mb Vram.
