Can i fit an aftermarket CPU cooler in here?

I built a PC and i found when i render stuff in blender it gets to 80C sometimes! I really do not like this and i want to get an aftermarket cpu cooler. But when i look inside it looks like no way it is going to fit. Yeah i know its messy but here it is

What case do you have? I believe the CM Hyper 212 EVO is 158 mm tall, so you should be able to find out the max height your case will allow in its user manual/guide.

I have a corsair carbide 300R, and i am fairly certain the case will allow it. But i have a graphics card obviously and theres a weird block on the motherboard that looks like it might block a big cooler

I assume the big block thingy you are referring to is the voltage regulator heatsink (black rectangle with blue stripe down the center in your picture?). As long as your case will allow the 212's height, all will be good.
