For high quality in the US you can't beat the Seasonic G series 550w. It's cheapest right now at Amazon at $85. One of the best units on the market it's 80 Plus Gold certified and modular.

For a budget this XFX is made by Seasonic like all XFX units and although based on an older, less efficient design than the G series is still a very good unit. It's 80 Plus Bronze certified and not modular but it's $59 after rebate.

Roughly equal in quality but all XFX units are made by Seasonic and they are pretty much the best manufacturer overall. That would make me pick the XFX.

OCZ is in bankruptcy , don't buy one you might not get warranty coverage.
