I would like to build my first pc under $350 with this motherboard ( Asus m5a97 LE R2.0 AM3+ amd 970) so any recommendation will be welcomed.

Are there any parts you already have? Such as an OS or HDD.

I'd also like to know why it has to be that specific motherboard. Is it because you own it already?

For gaming you better take an APU otherwise i dont not how can we fit in that budget....

The reason why i used this mobo is so that i can do some upgrade later in the future .

Unless you want deticated graphics i dont think you would be able to have a good computer for around 350 while paying that much for a mobo heres what i think you should use:
