I would like to build my first pc under $350 with this motherboard ( Asus m5a97 LE R2.0 AM3+ amd 970) so any recommendation will be welcomed.

Unless you want deticated graphics i dont think you would be able to have a good computer for around 350 while paying that much for a mobo heres what i think you should use:
