My rig:
Motherboard- M5A97 LE R2.0
CPU- fx-4100 @ 3.6GHz
GPU- gtx 770 4gb with acx cooling
RAM- 8gb of Vengence RAM
PSU- CX600 by Corsair
Case- NZXT Switch 810
HDD- .5 tb (I think by Sandisk)

I am now running into problems with bottle-necking such as my CPU always being above 98% and my fps does not change no mater what video quality I play games at. I know I need a new CPU but I am not sure what to get. Currently I am thinking about the fx-8350/fx-8320. I have heard that the 8320 is basically an under clocked version of the 8350. I have a tight budget of >$200. Would the 8350 or the 8320 eliminate the bottleneck? I am also concerned if my 600w psu will be able to handle the new cpu. I have also considered going Intel and getting an i5. But I would have to save up some more money because I would have to buy a new mobo. Would the fx-8320 be a good cpu for the gtx 770?

Solution
Yeah, the 8320 would work well, I'm planning the same upgrade soon, too. Your PSU will be fine, and yes, it is the exact same chip as the 8350.

I am not planning on overclocking. Would the fx-8320 still be a good cpu for my gpu?

Right now I can play bf4 between 30-40 fps on any setting. Would this cpu help me achieve better fps on ultra? Also, would I need to buy a aftermarket cooler to OC?

Last question- Will my 600w psu be able to handle all of this, plus an oc fx 8320?
