thank you all.

-also do you think this build can run BF4 at high/ultra at a smooth fps rate? doesnt have to be 60..

Solution
well, your build is nice. but I'd like to add a few things though:

1. Go for the Asus motherboard. though Gigabyte is also a well known company but this specific model of Asus M5A99FX pro has earned a lot of reputation for its reliability and stability.

2.Corsair though a very reliable brand, Their CX series of PSU is not that great. Better to get their AX or TX models or any model from Seasonic.

3. If you are really looking forward to play BF4, then my suggestion would be any AMD card from R9 series like R9 280X as they will support mantle technology which will redefine the BF4 gameplay once its launched. But of course if your budget permits. Otherwise, go for GTX 760. Its also a good card. Once 760 is overclocked it will let you...

Once 760 is overclocked it will let you play most of the games at 1080p resolution with high settings at around 35-40 fps.

4. You don't need to buy a CPU cooler unless you are overclocking. The stock cooler that comes with the FX 8350 will do the job just fine. But if you are planning for an overclock, you better get a liquid cooler.

ok i thought about what you said in GPU
and i got 1 in my budget,
do you think the GTX 760 i picked or this one will be better for general gaming and overall fps in bf4?

270X in not better than 760. When mantle comes out a 270x may perform as good as a 760, if not better. But for the rest of the games without mantle it will perform inferiorly. So better to get the 760.
Getting a 280x would definitely be an improvement though but I don't think its in your budget.
