I have recently brought a brand new Palit GTX 760 Graphics card. And I am trying to install it to a PCI-E 2.0 16 x2 in my motherboard. I also have a Corsair GS700 (700w) power supply so there are no power issues. And 4GB ram. When I start it up the fans spin but there is nothing on screen. What could be the problem?
