New MOBO BSOD on startup

Recently I upgraded my motherboard from an unidentified motherboard supplied by MEDION to ASUS P8Z77-V, on startup it gets to the starting windows screen and immedietly blue screens for 1/2 a second and restarts

You need to load windows from scratch and then the new MB drivers. Drives with an OC installed on them are now swappable unless you are swapping to the same MB or something very similar.

You can sysprep the OC drive before removing it from the old comp and then install it it into a new comp.

Okay reinstalling windows from scratch. Will i loose all my files or will all my data be ok?

You will lose all your data unless you save it to another drive or disk or USB drive or where ever.
