PC3-10600u Ram Runs at 400MHz?

Solution
Need to go into BIOS and raise the FSB to 1333, may want to google and see if you can find an OC guide for your mobo or a like G41 based mobo, there's quite a bit that goes into it, raising and adjusting DRAM, NB and vCore voltages, adjusting the the CPU multiplier, etc, more than can simply be put in a short post

I'm a complete OC noob, want to tell me what to do first? I have a G41 chipset, pretty sure those are horrible overclockers. :/
