Solution
If you're never going to overclock and want the same performance for a little cheaper, here you are:

I am pretty sure you have an am3+ socket, so you could go fx 8320. If you slapped a cheap cooler master evo 212 on there you could easily overclock it to 4ghz, so it is basically an fx 8350, and higher still if you wanted

The psu is your power supply unit. Overclocking is the process of boosting the parameters of your components to gain extra performance (although look at many guides as doing it blindly is a sure fire way to destroy all your parts). As your case should have good airflow and is largish I would get a noctua dh14 cpu cooler and an fx 8320 (8350 if you don't feel comfortable overclocking).

At 700 watts with a higher end amd processor you run the risk of running out of power, eapecially with an amd gpu thrown into the mix. I would look into getting an 850 watt psu, 1000 watts if you intend to crossfire later on.

So overclocking is something you do yourself? and can you give me a link to the CPU please? a place i can buy it. I have a big brother that are really good with computers maybe he can do it, or is it a stupid idea?

Overclocking can be very useful in getting the most out of your parts. Go to pcpartpicker.com and choose an fx 8320 from the cpu section. It will add it to the build list and if you click the link, it will tell your places where you can buy it from, where it is cheapest, and any deals you can get. Also, if you want to upgrade your motherboard of anything else, the compatability filter will show only things that will match up with your components

It seems that you are not that old and don't have much experience with adding computer hardware. I think you'd better find someone who can help you upgrading the processor, because its the most difficult part to replace. And don't buy a new processor too fast. First, let us know these two things:
1. What graphics card do you have?
2. how much memory do you have?

I think that if you want better gaming performance you'd better start with looking at these two. Your processor seems quite avarage, so if you have a cheap graphics card you'd better upgrade that for the 300 bucks you can spend.

And btw if you have a 700W PSU you'll do fine, there's no need to upgrade that unless you're a hardcore gamer with 2 graphic cards etc. When I read your posts, I think you're not that kind of a gamer so you don't need it.

Okay thank you very much. So i can overclock my GPU to? and what you are saying is that my power supply is not enought to run my GPU and my CPU at the sime time? is that a reason why i have fps laggs sometimes in bf4?

You can overclock gpu but you have an r9 290 and they run extremely hot so I wouldn't oc it. If you don't have enough power for your system, at best it throttles down the performance or shuts off your system and at worst it damages components

Okay here you go, i used your program

Operating System
Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
CPU
AMD Phenom II X4 955 39 °C
Deneb 45nm Technology
RAM
6,00GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 401MHz (5-5-5-18)
Motherboard
ASUSTeK Computer INC. M4A79 Deluxe (AM2) 37 °C
Graphics
ASUS VK266H (1920x1200@60Hz)
SyncMaster (1680x1050@60Hz)
4096MB ATI AMD Radeon R9 200 Series (XFX Pine Group) 68 °C
Storage
931GB Western Digital WDC WD1002FAEX-00Y9A0 ATA Device (SATA) 31 °C
Optical Drives
SONY DVD RW DW-Q28A ATA Device

Alright, there we go.

Your CPU is definitely bottlenecking what your GPU could achieve. If you want improved performance you'll need a new CPU, Motherboard and DDR3 RAM. What's your budget?
