I am about to build a gaming pc and i want to know if all the parts are compatible and good for playing minecraft and garys mod and other games like that

MSI Computer Corp. Motherboard North Bridge AMD 970 & South Bridge AMD SB950 Chipset ATX DDR3 800 AMD AM3+ Motherboards (970A-G46)

Cooler Master Elite 430 - Mid Tower Computer Case with All-Black Interior and Windowed Side Panel

Corsair Vengeance Blue 8 GB (2X4 GB) PC3-12800 1600mHz DDR3 240-Pin SDRAM Dual Channel Memory Kit CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B

Corsair Builder Series CX 500 Watt ATX/EPS 80 PLUS (CX500)

Intel Core i5-3570K Quad-Core Processor 3.4 GHz 4 Core LGA 1155 - BX80637I53570K

Seagate Desktop 2 TB Solid State Hybrid Drive SATA 6 GB with NCQ 64 MB Cache 3.5 Inch (ST2000DX001

I already have my graphics card.

Actually he needs a Z motherboard in order to be able to overclock. ALSO, that Z motherboard has to be a Z77 NOT a Z87 board because that is an Ivy Bridge CPU and uses the 1155 socket.

I guess, but since he didnt know that the intel cpu could be used on the mobo my guess is he doesnt need a K model CPU

HE cannot just use any b or h board. He NEEDS a b or h board on the correct socket.

the mobo depends on the cpu not on the video card . Do you have a processor now ?

Ok, Do you know how to overclock? Will you ever want to overclock? Do you want to be future proof? Either go for a Sandy bridge or Haswell

Haswell Socket 1150 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116896

Ivy Bridge Socket 1155 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115233

Then you wont need a "K" model intel cpu, should save you a few bucks ;)

the psu is not for Haswell

Yes, it has been fully proven to be 100% haswell compatible. It is one of the most popular units people buy.

Heres a build. But look around at amazon and newegg and a few other sites to compare prices. Also if you live near a microcenter you can pick up stuff in store for a good discount price

You have a Z motherboard with a non-overclocking CPU. Have a look at the build I posted.
