Hey everyone,
I have an odd problem. I was attempting to clear up some space on my hard drive by deleting some unwanted videos and uninstalling some games that I no longer play. After my cleanup I was left with around 62 GB, and that was fine. However, not long after it seemed to revert back to the original amount of space that I had before the cleanup. I checked to see if the files/programs had returned as well, but they didn't. I just had that many less items, but the same amount of space. I thought that maybe I should just reboot my PC after turning off my restore points, to see what happened. Which landed me at about 42GB, which is still better than the original 25 GB I started with, but it also doesn't actually make any sense to me. I'm not sure what went wrong here... It feels like the data is left behind but there is no visible indication of their presence for some reason. I already enabled the ability to see hidden files, just in case. Still nothing.
Anyways I'm looking for advice or input, if anyone could spare the time, it would be very appreciated.
Thanks!
