Loud Buzzing Noise and Black Screen problem

Whenever I play games for more than 30 mins on my pc it seems to black screen, and a loud buzzing noise loops in the audio. I dont know why this is happening but it may be becuase i recently replaced my gpu and psu. I would really apreciate some help, thanks :)

Sound card: Onboard 7.1 Audio

Internet: Wireless 802.11N 300Mbps MIMO PCI card

Case: Zalman Z9 Plus

I had the exact same thing happen to me on a Gigabyte board and it drove me nuts trying to figure it out. Finally I sent the board into Gigabyte and they fixed it , they said it was a defective bios chip. Flashing the bios myself did not help as it was the chip itself.
You can try flashing the bios to see if it helps or if you have dual bios try switching to the other one.
