This has been going on for a few days, and now it's starting to get really annoying since it's happening more often. I'm not sure what it is; it's just random times. I'm doing a system restore to see if it will fix it. Temps don't seem to be bad. everything is under 45c. I checked out the action center and said cygwin is not working or something like that. When I started the system restore it came up with a quick message which I wasn't really able to read ('Memory could not be read'....) or something like that but it is still continuing.

Specs:
Windows 8 64-bit
Corsair CX600M PSU
AMD FX-6300
ASUS NVIDIA GTX 650 Ti Boost
8gb KingstonBlu 1600mhz
ASUS Xonar DG
ASUS 5a97 le r2.0

Not sure if this will help but here's a screenshot of the BIOs and I will provide one of the event viewer soon once my computer starts back up:

Did a system restore; it's still rebooting.

Did a memory diagnostic test and it turned out with no errors.

Ran a stress test on my GPU and it did not reboot itself.

HDD Reports no errors.

there are couple of things i would suggest you to try out and check if it helps you:

1 - there may be automatic updates running in background that upon completion may require your system to reboot. Therefore, Stop Windows Update from Restarting Automatically

2 - Did you run an SFC / Scannow command ? Run it and report what it says.

You can find extra details and the processes in this article - http://www.registryrecycler.com/blog/2014/01/troubleshoot-windows-8-1-restarts-randomly/

Turned out to be the power supply.
