I recently bought a GTX 780ti and I have been getting some pretty lame FPS on some games lately. I have noticed that while ingame TF2 for example, it is only using about 50% of my graphics card. I am using MSI Afterburner to monitor the heat and usage etc. and I have made sure it is not overheating. Have currently installed the 331.82 drivers and have tried the 332 before this because I heard some people saying that the newest drivers were bad. I don't think it is bottlenecking because I have an i5-4670k.

TF2 - 90 fps Best graphics settings
World of tanks - An absurd 50 - 70 fps on full
BF3 ~ 80 fps (Guessing here) Ultra

I just feel like this is way too low for a $700 graphics card. I don't know if this is normal or what to be using only 50% of my graphics card in an older game.

Here is my system:

Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core
Noctua NH-U9B SE2 37.9 CFM
ASRock Z87 Extreme4 ATX LGA1150
G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600
Samsung 840 Pro Series 128GB 2.5" SSD
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti 3GB
NZXT Phantom (White) ATX Full Tower
750W ATX12V
Windows 7
BenQ XL2720TE 24.0"

Solution
You should be getting better out of a 780ti at 1080p. Go ahead and get a hold of evga support, see if they suggest anything. Most likely you'll be getting a new card.

If doing what everyone else has said doesn't work call EVGA tech support and they will set you up with an RMA. They are very nice and professional. The process is very stress-free.

It seems to be performing the same... Maybe this is just it for this card. I would have expected more out of a $700 card.

I sent in a ticket to Nvidia. I will let you know how it goes! Thanks for your help.
