Just quick question,I want to buy ssd drive for system and to use on old drive for storage. Will this old drive slowing down ssd?

Solution
No, they will be completely independent.
You will want to attach your ssd to a 6gb sata port if possible. The hard drive can go anywhere.

Thanks that is what I wanted to hear.Does thiis drive need extra equipment to be atttached or I will get one in package?

A ssd is attached via a normal sata cable, just like your hard drive.

It will be a 2.5" size. If your case does not have such a mount capability, you might want a 2.5/3.5" adapter.
Some ssd's will come with those parts.
If necessary, just leave the ssd on the bottom of the case. Perhaps secured by duct tape if the case will be moved.
