Not easily and when people do that it usually comes with a ton of issues. If you uninstall EVERYTHING so you have just the base OS you can image it to the SSD, but even then there are problems. You cannot just put it in the new computer as windows has drivers for the old computer installed and your new motherboard will not accept the windows installation. It will require a new product key.
