Can an AMD Sapphire Radeon HD 5450 work with a 320 watt psu?

I recently purchased a sapphire Radeon HD 5450 1 GB DDR3, but its says that I need a minimum of 400 watts to run it? Other threads I have seen say that even 200 watts would be fine for this type of graphics card. I have a 320 watt psu. Can I still install this graphics card even though my psu doesn't match the power requirement? If I can will I have problems installing its driver because its specifications don't match what I have?

My computer info:
HP slimline s3720y
320 psu
windows vista

Thank you I knew that wasn't the problem. I had a problem installing the driver for it on my pc, so I went to best buy to see if they could install the driver for me. They told me that it couldn't be installed because my psu was too low. I know this wasn't the original question but do you by chance know why the driver won't install?
