need a motherboard to support 4.5 to 5ghz cpu

here are my current specs

win 8 pro
AMD fx 8350 4.0ghz(soon to be cooled by a h110 hydro)
gtx 780 3gb
16gb 1600mhz ram
ga-970a-ds3 motherboard
850w psu
1tb hdd
corsair m95 mouse
corsair k95 keyboard
2x vga monitor running through dvi-i adaptor and hdmi to vga active adaptor
i will also be adding a 3tb internal hdd and a ssd to this system within the next few months

I'm over 5 ghz. with this one.You need great cooling and a good chip to get to 5ghz.
