Solution

Look at the motherboard manual and see what port it is connected to.

"SATA/300" would seem to indicate a SATA II port (3.0Gbps) as opposed to a SATA III port (6.0Gbps)

It's a 120 GB ssd , and it has 46GB free space right now!!! i didn't knew that's bad.

And for format, i just format it from Windows installation Disk, before installing windows.
that's it

it's Intel Solid-State Drive 520 Series

i just check that,

My mainboard only have 2 SATA Port type

1.Intel Z87 Serial ATA 6.0Gb/s connectors (7-pin SATA6G_1-6[brown])
2.ASMedia Serial ATA 6.0Gb/s Connectiors (7-pin SATA6G_E12[beige])

My SSD is plugged to the number2
and my 1TB HDD Caviar black is plugged to number1 ( SATA6G - 6 )

I i plug it to SATA6G - 1 , windows boot up in same time like before.

but in copying files.

I tried to copy a 3GB signle file to another location, the speed is GOOD at first , but it will decrease like this :

first 1 sec : 2GB/sec
in second 2 : 1GB/sec
In second 3 : 120mb/sec

( i also unpluged 1TB HDD Caviar black )

here's the new benchmark is just did after i plug it to Intel Port :
