Hey guys, Im having a weird noise coming from my PSU, and here is what I did differently. I just got an AMD 8350 processor and put it in, before today, there where no noises coming out of my PSU. Now here is the interesting part, when the CPU is idle, there is a whining coming from my PSU, but when it is under load, there is no noise. I am at a loss here as to what it could be.

my specs:
AMD 8350 processor
4X8 corsair Vengeance ram
Gigabyte Radeon R9 280x
Corsair 750M PSU
Biostar motherboard

my power using components:
Corsair H100i
1X dvd drive
2X Samsung 1t HDD
2X 64GB SSDs
6X 120mm Fans
SENTRY fan controller with screen
and 2 cold cathode lights.

The CX750M is a budget power supply with cheap capacitors , not really meant for nice builds like yours.
