Is this a good gaming build? (budget build)

What I won't be changing is the: Ram,HDD,Case. Because first of all I use a laptop to play games, and I play a lot of games. And this laptop has a 320GB HDD. And it hasn't even ran out yet, so 500gb is enough for me. and for the ram I think I play 2 or 4 GB of ram on my non-gaming laptop. So I am fine with 4gb and when I need more I will definitely upgrade in the future. And for the case the case has so many features, it has 2 pre-installed fans (rear, and front) and all I need to do is just put 2 on the top to have improved airflow (the 2 led fans) and it also has 2 2.0 USB ports and 2 3.0 USB ports, such overkill on that part. But overall is this build good? I've edited this build so many times in the past and I think I have a winner here.

Solution
It looks like a decent build.
I know you said you won't change the RAM and case, but I would still advise so. There are better cases for the price. And I know you said you only need 4gb, but 8gb is only like $25 more. It's better price/performance and the extra bit of gb can't hurt as 8gb of ram is the standard for gaming builds.

-Better case. It comes with three fans, two in the front and one in the back. That should provide enough airflow for your components.
-Removed the un-necessary case fans. You can always add those in the future, but for now the stock fans in the 230T is plenty.
-Doubled RAM for only a bit more.
-Better quality psu at the same price.

And is there a way to squeeze in an OS and a cheap monitor? Impossible I know....

It will still be fairly weaker:

-Had to opt for a weaker processor.
-Changed motherboard to fit the new processor.
-Reduced to 4gb of ram.
-Weaker gpu.
-430w version of the psu.

I will just stick with the build you got me before.. Sigh this is really hard sticking to a budget build... It sucks. Thanks though.

And are you sure that the 600w psu from corsair is a good PSU?

You could just take the first build I posted and add an os:

I also added in a cpu cooler for overclocking.
