Random Reboots; now occurring more frequently

This has been going on for a few days, and now it's starting to get really annoying since it's happening more often. I'm not sure what it is; it's just random times. I'm doing a system restore to see if it will fix it. Temps don't seem to be bad. everything is under 45c. I checked out the action center and said cygwin is not working or something like that. When I started the system restore it came up with a quick message which I wasn't really able to read ('Memory could not be read'....) or something like that but it is still continuing.

Specs:
Windows 8 64-bit
Corsair CX600M PSU
AMD FX-6300
ASUS NVIDIA GTX 650 Ti Boost
8gb KingstonBlu 1600mhz
ASUS Xonar DG
ASUS 5a97 le r2.0

Did a system restore; it's still rebooting.

Did a memory diagnostic test and it turned out with no errors.

Ran a stress test on my GPU and it did not reboot itself.

HDD Reports no errors.

Not sure if this will help but here's a screenshot of the BIOs and I will provide one of the event viewer soon once my computer starts back up:

Solution
if i had to point to a failing part i would say that the 12v line on the power supply is not holding in your photo of the bios voltages the 12v line is low. I would start an rma or try another power supply see if the issues still there.

I submitted an RMA Request with Corsair. I took out the CMOS Battery and put it back in and so far no restarts (but it's only been about an hour, so we'll see).

Edit: Spoke too soon. It rebooted again.

Well, the computer rebooted twice in 3 minutes and that was the end. It would start up and show nothing on the screen but two fans were not working. I put in an old nvidia gt 220 and it would boot up. My friend has a 460watt power supply for the time being, could my current build use that?
