CPU: Intel I-5 2500k Stock clock
GPU: 760 2-Way-SLI
RAM: 16GB DDR3 1333
PSU Corsair 800Watt
OS: Win 7 64-bit

My experience with the 100i was uneasy at best. Within the first two months of usage the Blue LED light went out. Now since January 17th, 2014 my CPU temps are skyrocketing.

When my 100i was working temps:
Idle temps (Max): 32C
Load temps (Max) (Guild Wars 2 Highest settings 1080P): 54C

Now that my 100i is not working:
Idle temps (Max): 54C
Load temps (Max) (Guild Wars 2 Highest settings 1080P): 87C

Basically what my question is, do you know anything I could try to troubleshoot this, and I was wanting your opinion on the Corsair RMA process. I have heard from multiple sources some people had to pay for replacements, instead of getting them free.

One thing Corsair is not known for is quality control. Like was talked about in another post here today, the only thing Corsair makes that's truly reliable are cases, but then there are a dozen other companies that make reliable cases as well. Meh...

I'm pretty sure your 100i should still be under warranty though. I haven't dealt with Corsair's customer service department personally, so i can't say what kind of run-around they'll give you, but they really should honor their warranty. Hopefully you still have the stock heatsink (or another aftermarket cooler) you can use while you wait for the RMA to be processed.

You shouldn't have to pay for anything besides shipping your broken 100i to them, but you never know :/ Might be worth looking into the Cooler Master Glacer 240L, though. Outperforms the 100i easily and for about the same money.

Yeah, my birthday is in 2 weeks, so I am thinking about doing a warranty check on my 100i, and then switching to the Cooler Master. This is so annoying. I just finished getting both my Video cards RMA'ed.
