i want to upgrade my processor to Intel core i3 4130,3.4GHz
and graphics card to Nvidia geforce Gtx 660 2GB,and i want to upgrade my ram from DDR2 to DDR3 4gb ram,so any one tell me if i can upgrade to those on my motherboard EP31-DS3L or not

You can install a very strong graphics card, but none of the other upgrades you mentioned.

You can increase ram, but it must remain DDR2.

You can install a reasonably strong quad cpu so long as it is lga775.

I recommend neither; your parts are near obsolete for gaming.

You can upgrade the graphics card, that will work. You can upgrade the RAM to 4GB of DDR2, but not DDR3, and the best possible CPU is a Core 2 Extreme QX9770. The type of RAM and CPU you want are not compatible with the sockets or chipset of that motherboard. Basically, it's simply too old.
