PC crashes/freezes on Vines and Steam. Help?

-Specs:
-A10-5800K
-GA-FA288X-D3H
-Gigabyte Radeon HD 7790 2GB OC
-G. Skill Ripjaws Z 4x2GB DDR3 2133 CL 9 RAM
-*Used* Antec Neo Eco 450W PSU

Problem:
-PC freezes and is either silent or the audio freaks out whenever I try to watch a video loop on vine.co or try to view a game page from the Steam application.
-I can use youtube and steam via web browser just fine.
-This just started happening out of the blue, never had this problem until a couple days ago.
-My default web browser is Google Chrome.

have you tryed reinstalling windows, it is a drastic measure but you could be missing some registry files and i would try google chrome. its just a personal preference i never liked fire fox.

I'm new to building PCs and this is my first build... I didn't know about the AMD Fx series 'til after I ordered the A10... But I'm totally into having multiple PCs around so when I do get the AM3+ CPU and MOBO I'll have enough parts (save a case) to make another decent PC. I also didn't know that 2x4GB RAM is better than 4x2GB, thought more was better then read that it strains the memory controller more.

EDIT: Also wasnt expecting to get the GPU is actually the reason, I had received a lot more christmas money for my PC.

Just reformatted couple days ago and I'm not very willing to do so again but maybe in a short while. I will try reinstalling chrome though.
