Here is my specs would this work for my primary computer only?

They can handle up to 900 watts. So as long as not everything is running at once you'll be fine. But not sure why you would want to plug in your gaming consoles? Just use a regular surge protector unless your place is always having brown outs for a few seconds all the time then i can see why you would do that. But otherwise a regular Surge protector will do.

Remember these UPS are NOT meant for you to just keep on chugging along while the power is out. Its only mean to give you enough time to properly saved, close, and shut the PC down.

My area the lights dim at random not sure if there is a surge some where or not but it seams to be just my room having that issue.

Mostly will use this for my computer as the prime choice and I plan to be upgrading as soon as I see a processor that beats out my I5 2500k by at least 50%.
So far I see haswell at 5% increase so not worth the upgrade.
