Looking for software that will visually & audibly alert me of high gpu temperatures

I am not looking for just a monitoring software I already have msi afterburner but it has no alert settings. I will need one that will alert me when gpu temps are high (where i can set up what is my max. tolerable temp.). It needs to run in the background and start with windows 7 64 bit and compatible with nvidia cards. Thanks

i turn off my screen but not my speakers.or doing other stuff that require full screen for example gaming. i need the software to alert me of high temp and give me pop window message
