zotac gtx 780 amp! edition vs gainward gtx 780 phantom glh edition?? which one is better?

guys i need advice on these two cards.

=============================
1) zotac gtx 780 amp! edition.
core clock = 1006(base) 1059(boost), memory clock= 1552mhz, pixel fillrate= 48.3 gpixel/s, texture fillrate= 193.2 gtexel/s, bandwitdh= 298.0 gb/s,

2) gainward gtx 780 phantom glh edition.
core clock= 980 mhz(base) 1033 mhz(boost), memory clock= 1502 mhz, pixel rate= 50 gpixel/s, texel rate= 198 gtexel/s, memory bandwidth= 288.4 gb/s.

so my question is which one is better. the zotac one costs a bit more than gainward but it has 5 years warranty against 3 yeasr from gainward. i will do sli from beginning.

i5-4670k
intel dh87mc
corsair xm3 2x8gb
1000w psu

please help me guys. i'm from India. and please do not tell me about any amd gpu. had very bad experience with them :( :(.... THANKS IN ADVANCE:) :)

Yes go with the Zotac. But if you want something more stronger go with the EVGA 780 GTX Ti classified. You get some awesome overclock 7464mhz memory speed and 1110.5mhz GPU core it will hover around 68c during the summer.

I'm from india so evga cards r not available here. Zotac, asus and gainward, palit (very rare), forsa (very rare) these r the only nvidia franchises available here.
