what doe "Compatible with Core i7, i5" Power Supply mean

friend roccommended corsair but roswill is alittle cheaper but it says compatible with core i7 i5 power. what does that mean?
and will this power supply go with my amd processor

It means absolutely nothing, it's an advertising slogan. As far as PSU meets the power demands of your PC subsystem and have compatible power connectors with MB, GPU and peripherals (which most of available PSU's does have) you are free to go. The only reason buying known brand is a common trust in the quality of components.
