i want to enable bluetooth on pc windows 7 but i dont have a 'my network places'

Windows 7 does not have "Network Places" in the start menu.
It's now called "Network and Sharing Centre" and is found in Windows "Control Panel".
Unlike laptops, desktop computers don't usually have a bluetooth adapter fitted as standard.
If there is one already fitted, it will be listed in Device Manager so have a look in there.
If it doesn't have one, you will need to buy a bluetooth USB adapter.
