Building a (2D and 3D) animation workstation

Is this a good animation workstation build?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Keep in mind I want a powerful animation Rig (2D and 3D) not a gaming PC.

Case: BitFenix shinobi mid tower
Motherboard: Asus z87pro
CPU: Intel i7-4770k
Memory: 32 gb corsair vengeance ram (4x8gb)
Video card: Quadro k4000
Power supply: seasonic 850w 80 plus gold
Storage: 1 kingston hyperX 240gb SSD
1 seagate barracuda 1tb drive
OS: windows 7
And corsair h100i liquid cooling

I always wanted a boxx tech but they are way out of my price range so I decided to try to build a PC

My budget is $2000

This is better. Bit over the budget but much better CPU , Good video card for the job. You can downgrade the video card if you need to stay in budget. Really good PSU. Best air cpu cooler. (this you can drop cheaper version if you must) Good and fast SSD. Bigger HDD. Good case. And better memory.

If you do this with one SSD go with samsung pro.
If you like go later to RAID 0 then buy sandisk ultra plus.
RAID 0 makes thigs go really fast. And you have more working space with two SSD's.

Bigger HDD or more HDD's you buy later. If you need.

GTX video cards are working faster than expensive quattro cards.

I guess I've decided to up my budget for this build, I figure it's worth it in the long run. I decided to go with liquid cooling for better temperature control (also cause it sounds a little more high tech). The case I chose because I've heard a lot of good reviews and to me it looks simple yet slightly badass. I love the Graphics card suggestion, I have been racking my brain with either a GTX or a Quadro. I've done a lot of research but kept coming up with mixed reviews until now. I shouldn't need to buy an optical drive, my old one should work on this build.
Thanks for all your advice I think this build is going to be everything I could ask for and more. If you have any additional suggestions they will be vastly appreciated just like your previous ones were. I know it's been several months since I first posted this but I finally hope to start this build within the next couple weeks. Thanks again for your help.
