I have an ATI AMD Radeon r9 270x series
corsair tx650w power supply
ASUSTeK M4A78 PLUS mother board
4 gigs of ram

I think its overheating but it shuts down my computer after a little bit on a game.

Im trying to figure out how much MHz i should overclock my gpu & maybe my cpu.

Stock coolers don't really support over clocks. In answer to the title, I'd say none. There's nothing necessarily wrong with stock speeds and if you're getting BSOD on your attempts then roll it back.

Maybe get a better processor, AMD dual-cores can be a little iffy, or maybe get some better air, a couple fans in the right place can work wonders, but I wouldn't push the voltage based on what you've said.

I didn't necessarily have any problems except for fps lag until I overclocked my gpu and cpu. But now it bluescreens whenever I start up game and play for like 5 minutes.

My cpu is the AMD Athlon 7750 Black Edition

My cpu is the AMD Athlon 7750 Black Edition
and its cooled by the stock fans.

Just uninstalled and reinstalled my display driver cause something said it was installed incorrectly.

alright, the next thing I was going to get to upgrade my computer was going to be a processor anyway so. I'll try to get some third party fans, thanks for the replies.
