I want to use my 3G dongle network to iPhone 4. How could I do this?

You will either have to use your PC as a router using ICS to share the dongle. Your PC must contain a normal wireless card also. your other option is to buy a router that supports the 3g dongles as wan connections. Many of the newer asus and tplink have this ability but you will have to search the list of supported dongles
